Mackley seeks to strengthen in-house design and site engineering teams

Due to continued growth, Mackley is seeking to recruit a number of individuals to increase its in-house design and site engineering capabilities.

The vacancies are currently being advertised via the careers section of the Mackley website where full job descriptions and details of how to apply can be found. Applications are welcomed until Friday 25 June.

The design roles being advertised are:

  • Design Graduate Engineer
  • Design Principal Engineer
  • Design Senior Engineer
  • Design Coordinator

Mackley delivers design and technical support to all areas of the business. Much of the work will be spent designing excavations, cofferdams, pontoon stability calculations, temporary crossings, retaining walls and crane and piling platforms for temporary works.

However, it will also be to advise on issues such as buildability, innovation, BIM and lift plans.

Meanwhile, the site engineering roles being advertised are:

  • Site Engineer
  • Senior Site Engineer

Mackley is specifically seeking site engineers who are confident setting out and surveying, but want the opportunity to expand their role to support our Site Managers and Project Managers with technical queries, resource management, 3D and 4D modelling, site quality assurance records and as-built records.

For all roles, Mackley offers an ICE Structured Training Programme to support career development.
