Environmental Coordinator
Based at our Head Office in Small Dole, you will ensure that environmental standards are embedded throughout project delivery. Acting as the key link between site operations and leadership, the role focuses on compliance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The Coordinator supports the implementation of environmental management systems, drives best practice, and helps deliver client and regulatory requirements while promoting innovation in sustainability and biodiversity.

This role combines front-of-house reception duties with community and stakeholder engagement responsibilities. The postholder will act as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and members of the public, while also supporting project communications, site visits and social value activities. This is a full time role, Monday–Friday, (with flexibility for occasional weekend and evening events).

Working as part of a small team of two technicians you will support a modern cloud-based environment built around Microsoft 365 Windows laptops and Android smartphones. Core infrastructure is delivered by the parent company, so you follow their standards and escalate issues to them while managing local equipment, connectivity and day to day user support. This is a hands on, customer facing role that requires good technical understanding strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
