Aligning closely with our core values, The 5% Club’s Earn & Learn Awards recognise organisations that champion apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and other “earn and learn” opportunities, fostering growth and excellence across the UK.
HR Manager, Tania Heap, collected the award on Mackley’s behalf at the ceremony at Mansion House, London which was attended by over 500 emerging talent leaders.
