Plant Fitter
We are looking for a Plant Fitter to be responsible for the safe and cost effective repair and maintenance of Plant and equipment. The Plant Fitter will be based at our workshop at Small Dole, West Sussex but will be required to attend site breakdowns as required.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
This role is regional and will cover our west region between Eastleigh and Weston-Super-Mare. The role is based from our Eastleigh office however travelling to sites will be required. You will continually monitor projects ensuring they are managed effectively and that the business objectives in terms of health and safety, profitability and customer focus are achieved or exceeded. Manage the commercial aspect of sub-contract accounts, from procurement through to final account agreement. Manage the Cost Value Reconciliation process within the business.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the role ensures that day to day operations run efficiently, reliably, and with minimal friction. This is a hands on, connective role – supporting team activity, aligning priorities, and acting as a key liaison where departmental responsibilities overlap. From driving clearer communication to unblocking bottlenecks, the Plant Operations Lead plays a crucial part in keeping the department moving while enabling longer term improvements to take shape.

We are looking for a Design Manager who will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and management of all design activities on this Design & Construct project delivered under NEC4 contract conditions. Overseeing internal design leads and external design consultants, effective collaboration and integration a must.

We are looking for someone to provide a welcome to visitors and staff arriving at our Havant Thicket Reservoir site whilst establishing and maintaining office procedures and carrying out general administration duties.

Based at our Head Office in Small Dole, the Design Engineer is responsible for producing and reviewing temporary and permanent works designs to support construction activities across a range of civil engineering and heritage infrastructure projects. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and external designers, the role ensures that proposals are safe, buildable, and compliant with relevant standards. The engineer will contribute to planning, risk assessment, and technical assurance, and will play a key role in integrating works into the overall project methodology.
