Mackley is supporting the work carried out by the Isle of Wight Construction Training Group (IWCTG), an employer-led group set up to support member companies operating in construction and civil engineering.
Funded by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), the aim of the IWCTG is to provide members with the opportunity to engage in high quality training and promote industry recognised qualifications.
The group offers a wide range of training courses, with subsidised training available for CITB member companies.
IWCTG also provides one-to-one company visits with experts providing advice on all aspects of training including identifying training needs and developing training plans, reducing expenditure and accessing subsidised training.
Regular news updates keep members up to date with new training funding and networking opportunities, and the IWCTG has recently launched its website.
