We are delighted to announce that Terry Fuller will be joining Mackley as Strategy & Sales Director from 1st November 2023. We are thrilled that such a major industry leader is choosing to be part of our team.
Terry will be using his extensive professional network and exceptional skills in guiding projects through the complex stages of design development and client and stakeholder management. His first role will be as Project Director for our Future Water MJJV Ltd project Havant Thicket Reservoir, our joint venture with Jones Bros Civil Engineering UK.
Terry has been the Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Managers (CIWEM) for the past 8 years where he led the strategy, growth and direction of the professional body with thousands of members in 89 countries. Prior to that, Mackley know Terry from his long career with Babtie and then Jacobs where he ultimately led their 130-person rivers and coastal team. In particular, Mackley worked with Terry when he was Project Director/Design Manager for the Medmerry realignment scheme, which also involved construction of a large earth and clay embankment in similar conditions to Havant Thicket.
