Mackley has successfully completed a programme of major refurbishment works at East Farleigh Lock on the River Medway.

The British Airways i360 project team is celebrating success once more, after the landmark scheme picked up the Innovation Award at the 2017 ICE South East Awards ceremony.

Following successful work placements last year, two more university students have been given one-year work placements at Mackley.

Working as part of Team Van Oord and on behalf of the Environment Agency, Mackley is close to completing a project to improve safety and access to two rivers in Surrey.
