To support its increasingly strong market position, Mackley is seeking to recruit a new Assistant Bid Writer to join its expanding Estimating Team.
The new full-time position, which is based at Mackley’s Head Offices at Small Dole in West Sussex, has been created as part of the company’s on-going plans and ambition to grow.
The successful applicant will help in the preparation of high quality and work-winning tender submissions, working as part of the business-critical Estimating Team.
The key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Reviewing tender documentation and information provided
- Assisting in the preparation of high quality, accurate and attractive tender responses, supporting information and presentations
- Assisting with the printing, collating, filing and archiving of tender documents
- Studying and interpreting tender documents and other information which has implications on the estimate and method
