The Broomhill Sands Coastal Defence scheme has featured in the latest edition of a magazine produced by the Environment Agency and its partners to ‘innovate, share and standardise’ the delivery of projects for communities.

Mackley is gearing up for Flood and Coast 2017, a leading industry event which sets out to advance the debate about flood and coastal erosion risk, resilience and response.

The £31m Shoreham Adur Tidal Walls project, which once complete will significantly reduce flood risk to more than 2,300 properties, was the subject of a feature by ITV Meridian on 12 March.

Mackley has completed implementation of a new company-wide information and process management system, which meets the requirements of the Environment Agency and other Government departments and public bodies.

Work on the Shoreham Adur Tidal Walls scheme is well underway, with piling works at two of the project’s 10 reaches now finished.
